? ? ?棕剛玉俗稱金剛砂，是以優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁礬土、無煙煤、鐵屑為主要原料，在電弧爐內(nèi)經(jīng)2000高溫冶煉制成，經(jīng)磨機(jī)、粉碎、整形、磁選去鐵、篩分成多種粒度，外觀呈棕褐色，韌性好，顯微硬度1800-2200Kg/mm2，體積密度3.85g/cm3，耐高溫、耐火度高達(dá)1850，可做耐火材料，也可用作磨料。

? ? ? 棕剛玉具有純度高，質(zhì)地致密，棧積密度大，自銳性強(qiáng)，韌性好，磁性物含量低的特點(diǎn)，用其制成的磨具磨削鋒利，發(fā)熱率低，磨削比高，且使用時(shí)沾附少，制成的燒結(jié)磨具具有燒成后顏色深藍(lán)，不起網(wǎng)狀裂紋的特色，用于制造陶瓷、樹脂高固結(jié)磨具、研磨拋光等。
